Randang BALUIK

This rendang is made from baluik sawah (rice field eel). In making rendang baluik, it is necessary to add five types of leaves, namely kedondong leaves, kesambi tamarind leaves, surian leaves, ayang-ayang leaves and palm leaves. Rendang baluik is typical of the Batusangkar area, Tanah Datar.
